- Cancellations Within a Week: For cancellations less than 7 days before your event, we’re unable to offer refunds.
- No-Shows: If no one from your group shows up, we can’t issue a refund—so make sure to let us know if your plans change!
- Weather Concerns: Mother Nature not cooperating? No worries! Weather-related cancellations will be issued a gift card for the full value of your trip, so you can reschedule whenever you like.
